Air Quality Benchmarking

The impact of poor internal air quality (IAQ) is well documented from a health perspective such as respiratory conditions like asthma, CPOD and lung cancer, as well as cognitive challenges including impaired memory, reduced concentration and  poor decision making and finally, increased energy consumption and CO2 emissions as firms over-ventilate.

As firms and employees become aware of the impact of poor air quality on productivity and well-being, especially as firms try to get workers to return to the office, IAQ is becoming a key issue.

Qbedes, in conjunction with Air Quality ecosystem partners,  has created an Indoor Air Quality Benchmark service that enables

  • the current level of air quality to be assessed
  • recommendations made to identify how the IAQ could be improved
  • a propsed action plan
  • a supporting business case to justify the recommendations
  • presentation for socialising the recommendations
